Temsukala Lemtor known famously by her stage name Temsu Clover is a talented songwriter/musician from Nagaland. She made her debut as an artist back in 2019 with her first single ‘Confessions of a bipolar mind’. You can find her songs and listen to them on YouTube, Spotify and other major streaming platforms.

When we asked what inspires her to continue making music she said the answer is very simple, it is her passion. Ever since she was a kid, when she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up she would tell people that she wanted to become a singer. However, she did not see herself becoming a singer someday because our society has different norms and views about such careers. But as of now, she said “I am here. Doing what I love.”

On asking about her future plans she responded that she simply wants to keep making art and work hard till she makes it out there. 

She was awarded the ‘Best upcoming artist’ title in the Nagaland Music Awards the year she debuted. She received ‘The most promising artist’ title in the Musician Guild Awards, 2021 and also the Best Indie/Pop song for ‘Dumplings for the sad’ in the Nagaland Music Awards, 2021.

She concluded the interview by announcing that she has an EP coming up before summer hits. And is super excited to share them with the world. We wish her all the success in this new musical journey and many more in the future.
