About the head coach (Himavi Ayemi)

Himavi Ayemi was born and brought up from Dimapur, Nagaland:a man with great vision and mission to accomplish for the Nagas especially among the Youths. He took training from PEPT Academy Pune where the trainer course was hosted in Mumbai. He is the Head Coach and proprietor of ”Strike Fit Academy”, the Martial arts school located in NH 29 Padum Pukhuri,Dimapur, Nagaland, India. The academy gives classes on Muay Thai, Kickboxing,MMA, Fitness, Weight loss and free Women’s self defense classes. He has a vision to reach out to at least ten thousand women for Free women’s self defense classes. He mentioned that the academy is trying to provide fee self defense classes to women because most of the Naga women are becoming the victims of physical molestation and physical abuse especially when they go outside Nagaland which can be protected and fight back to some extent only if they know at least some techniques. The academy is providing simple logic and encouraging and motivating women and girls to come forward for free Women’s self defense classes.
Added to physical training and Martial arts classes, Mr.Ayemi said,his main vision is to change the lives of so many youths in Nagaland and henceforth the academy focus on Christian values and spiritual growth as well in order to make his students live a visionary life and be better citizens.
Himavi Ayemi represented India in Muay Thai World championship held in Bangkok In 2019 and three times National champion in Muay Thai.

Himavi Ayemi and his students have great vision to reach World Olympic in near future and will be participating in World championship Selection to be held in Gujarat in the month of April 2022. He will be taking with him at least twenty students or more. The Strike Fit Academy has already brought so many medals home including recent eight medals in National Championship held in Manipur in the month of December 2021.
Strike Fit Academy has enthusiastic and physically fit students who are training and fighting to take part in international level however most of the students are from common class and finding it difficult to get fund. Although the proprietor is trying his best to finance the students on his part for participating in national and international levels, it is not all possible and hence some students are failing to take part in national and international championships. The Academy is also not receiving any fund from Nagaland government or any other helping hands which is one of reasons the students are unable to fund themselves to participate in national and international levels.
