Pikali K Yepthomi, from Vihokhu village, Dimapur, Nagaland is a medical student, pursuing physiotherapy in Bangalore, India. Pikali has had interest in making jewelleries and handicrafts but as a medical student she never had enough time to try and explore it. However, it was during the 2020 lockdown she went back home, opting for classes online. It was at that time, due to availability of leisure time, she started the handicraft business online which began to flourish as her clients were known to have loved her crafts and services, leading to more demand.
About her crafts and artwork
“In order to beautify my crafts I usually order natural blooming flowers which are quite expensive and dry them for a certain period of time. It takes time and hard labour for making such artistic crafts but at the end of the day it pays off well and also I receive my customers satisfaction reviews so I am contented and happy”
My artistic Cup cake stand cost a maximum of Rs. 3500/- rings and earrings cost only Rs.100-350,key chain starts from Rs.170 only .All my crafts are priced differently according to size,design and flowers used to beautify them.
