Youngmei Hunds is the owner of “Food Mood Eatery” restaurant located at Notun Basti, Dimapur. She started her restaurant on 27^th February, 2019. She belongs to Konyak tribe. She is married to a Sumi man and is blessed with a son. She always wanted to run her own business and envisioned it from the beginning itself. After two years since they first started their first restaurant they decided to expand their business and opened another restaurant at Burma Camp which is run and managed by her husband. They are both working hard to achieve their goal and make their restaurant well-known by people and serve food that meets the taste of the customers. Currently, they are residing at Nuton Basti. Youngmei was good at cooking from an early age. Her siblings were the ones who encourage her to create more recipes and advised her to become better and focus on what makes her happy. This is her main inspiration of becoming an entrepreneur and expanding her business. She also shares that so far she have only received positive feedbacks from her customers which encourages her on working harder. What better result than satisfying the taste buds of the customers after all? She developed a hardworking attitude for the love of her cooking. Her priorities changed after starting her business and work harder to serve the best. She shares her challenges faced while starting up her business like every other entrepreneurs. In the beginning she faced difficulties in finding a rent for her restaurant. Looking back on how she faced and tackled the challenges along the way as a startup restaurant, she is contented on how strong those hurdles has made her on becoming what she is today. She believes in communicating with her customers and remain humble.

She conveys the fellow entrepreneurs and viewers to always, “Believe in yourself and have faith in God and focus on your mind and follow your heart.”
