If you want to try tasty frozen momos Bro’s Momo is the place you need to know. The company is run by Lipok, who has experience with hospitality, and Chubalong walling, a software engineer in Bangalore. They partnered together to start up a new way to enjoy momos. Frozen momos are not unheard of but it is safe to say that it’s something new in Nagaland. They launched the product on 18th Feb 2022.

They do not have any particular experience with making momos but they both enjoy momos so they decided to venture further into it with a new twist. They realized that the market is getting costlier, and since it is consumed by almost everyone, the common people are unable to afford it. They wanted to make it affordable for anyone who loves it and share it with their loved ones as well.

The momos are prepared under hygienic conditions, no added preservatives, 100% healthy, tasty and readily available. They sell their momos in Kilos, and in each kilo, the customers get approximately 30-33 pieces of momos.

They have seven varieties of momos. Apart from the normal three flavors i.e., pork, chicken and beef, they also have four premium flavors as well, namely Cheese momo, Paneer momo, Chicken Masala momo and Prawns momo. Their prices are also reasonable. All of the flavors cost Rs. 299/- per kilo except for Prawns momo which cost Rs. 349/-. They also take bulk orders for parties and other big gatherings which should be ordered in advance.

They have an outlet located in Landmark Colony, near the PWD office, Dimapur, where they serve their momos along with other regular food like fried rice and chowmein for quick services.

For now, their product is available only in Dimapur but in the near future, they want to branch out and distribute in different districts of Nagaland. They are working on that possibility. The consumers’ response has been very positive so far and that has pushed them to work harder and achieve more.
