My name is Tinomeren Chang, owner of Break O’Clock cafe and bakery, which is located at Midland, Dimapur, Nagaland.
To be honest it was my dream and passion to start a coffee shop. I had always dreamed of running my own business or I would say a restaurant or a coffee shop…small-simple cafe serving awesome foods, pastries in the heart of Dimapur town.
So my sister and I started planning and discussing about it with our family, some were encouraging some were not so much, but we had to make up our mind and started creating everything from the scratch, right from deciding the theme, furniture, branding and what not.
It has been a challenging decision but we never lost our hope despite all obstacles.
Here in Break O’Clock cafe, we are sweet-tooth people caking up in every occasion we get.
